USCF Oil Plus Bitcoin Strategy Fund
The Fund seeks to achieve total return by investing in (i) crude oil futures contracts, including micro futures, which are futures contracts that are one-tenth the size of standard futures contracts, (ii) bitcoin futures, including micro futures, which are futures contracts that are one-fiftieth the size of standard futures contracts, and (iii) bitcoin related securities, such as ETPs that primarily hold bitcoin and ETFs with indirect exposure to Bitcoin primarily through Bitcoin Futures, options, or other derivative instruments.
