Issuer overview
About Fidelity
Fidelity was founded in Boston in 1946 and operates across asset management, brokerage, workplace benefits and other financial services. The company began researching digital assets and blockchain technology in 2014 and established Fidelity Digital Assets in 2018.
That background gives Fidelity a different route into crypto exchange-traded products from issuers that rely entirely on external crypto infrastructure. Fidelity’s digital-asset activities include research, trading, custody and investment products, although the legal entity and service-provider arrangements should still be checked for each individual product.
The product range tracked by FindCryptoETFs includes direct bitcoin exposure, ether and solana products that incorporate staking, a European physical bitcoin ETP and an equity ETF focused on businesses involved in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and digital payments.
Product range
Fidelity crypto product range
Fidelity’s US single-asset range consists of the Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund, the Fidelity Ethereum Fund and the Fidelity Solana Fund. These products provide exposure to one crypto asset through exchange-traded securities. The ether and solana products can also receive staking rewards under their current product arrangements.
The Fidelity Physical Bitcoin ETP provides physically backed bitcoin exposure through a European product structure. The Fidelity Crypto Industry and Digital Payments ETF takes a different approach by investing in listed companies rather than directly holding cryptocurrency.

Range structure
How Fidelity approaches crypto exposure
Fidelity’s product range is centred on single-asset exposure. FBTC holds bitcoin, while FETH and FSOL hold their respective proof-of-stake assets and can receive staking rewards. The products trade through conventional brokerage infrastructure, but they are not conventional diversified ETFs.
The Fidelity Physical Bitcoin ETP gives the issuer a presence outside the US. It is a European exchange-traded product rather than a US-registered fund, so its legal structure, disclosures and investor-access rules differ from those of FBTC.
FDIG provides indirect exposure through equities. Its holdings are companies involved in areas such as blockchain technology, crypto services and digital payments. Company earnings, valuations and wider equity-market conditions can cause its performance to differ substantially from the crypto market.

Fees
Fees across Fidelity’s crypto range
The stated annual fees across Fidelity’s tracked crypto products currently range from 0.25% to 0.39%.
Fidelity’s single-asset products and its crypto equity ETF are not directly comparable on fee alone. The former provide exposure to individual crypto assets, while FDIG holds a portfolio of listed companies. Staking products can also have specific policies governing how rewards and related expenses are reflected in the fund.
Temporary fee waivers should be displayed separately from the permanent stated annual fee.

Methodology
About the data
This page combines FindCryptoETFs product data with selected issuer history and product context. Product counts cover active exchange-traded products associated with the issuer. Where possible, multiple exchange listings or currency trading lines sharing the same ISIN are treated as one product.
Combined reported AUM is calculated from the latest available product-level figures. Reporting dates can differ, and products without available AUM are excluded. The result may not match the issuer’s corporate AUM because the issuer may include private funds, products outside the FindCryptoETFs database or assets from other business lines.
Fee figures represent stated annual product fees. They can exclude brokerage charges, bid and offer spreads, taxes and other investor-level costs. Promotional waivers should be identified separately from permanent fees.
